If Valley Medical Labs was bad for wait times, Dynacare is ridiculously worse! Before Dynacare came in here, there was a steady stream of people being tested, going in and out. I have been here for almost an hour and they have called in 9 people. There are 18 people here waiting right now, at that rate the last ones should be called in 2 hours. Why a business is allowed to get away with this is beyond me. There should be compensation for making people wait this long. We are all busy too!

The only reason I leave a five star is because of the employees. There is only two of them and at 7 AM when that door opens and 25 people are in line. They have to take everyone’s information and then they have to take their blood. If I truly was rating this company, I would rate it probably around a two star as they overworked their employees and is really unfortunate.
Shannon is the nurse that took my blood very nice lady, as I am very scared of needles and was extremely kind and took her time even though she had a backlog of patience behind me she never once complained super friendly. Just thought I would suggest having a few more employees in the morning as the owner of this lab should take it upon himself to realize how hard they work as soon as that door is unlatched.

I arrived last week at 6:40am and by 7:00am 14 people were waiting in line behind me and one ahead. The lab technician who checked me in was the same person drawing my blood! Another person was at reception but was mainly on the computer and not checking people in. It was standing room only by 7:20! Only one person drawing blood! Dynacare is very disorganized. Please have sufficient lab technicians in place by 7am to accommodate the huge demand by the community! Have 2 people at reception who are ONLY checking people in and not the same staff drawing blood.

The lab technicians were excellent very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the receptionist, who was extremely rude to me. I left feeling like I may have been treated differently because I’m Indian, which was disappointing. I hope the management addresses this so all patients feel equally respected and welcome.

I’ve been a loyal patient at this Dynacare location for over six years(valley labs before), but my experience today was deeply disappointing. I arrived at exactly 4:45 PM with my 15-month-old baby for a scheduled blood test. Despite the clinic’s posted closing time of 5 PM and only three people in the waiting area, the receptionist refused to let us in.

She turned us away in an unkind and dismissive manner, without even checking with the medical staff to see if they could accommodate us. I explained that I had left work an hour early and rushed through heavy traffic to get there on time, after picking up my baby from daycare — but she showed zero empathy.

What made it worse was the lack of basic courtesy or understanding, especially considering how long I’ve trusted this location with my family’s care. This is not the level of professionalism or compassion anyone should experience when seeking healthcare.

Here, black female staff discriminate against Asian women. I checked in here yesterday and while waiting, all the people who came much later than me (about 10 people) got their blood drawn first. I waited for two hours and went back to the check-in desk twice to ask for my name. Why was I checked in later than the people who came later than me? She was a black woman with very, very long hair. She intentionally put my name very last. This is clearly racism.

I recently went there to get a blood test for my 4 month old son the staffs are kind but they don't know how to get a blood from a baby.They Poke my baby 3 times in his arm, not just poke they moved the needle inside and it's terrible then they missed it and they recommend to go to Hospital Lab. Please I advice if you have babies just go to Hospital Lab it's more better there they know how to do it. I'm so guilty I let them poke my baby like that poor baby.

Worst receptionist ever. Kept me waiting one hour and letting others go who came after me. Was in a rush but they don’t respect. Later I was told that the receptionist was their boss. Was giving bossy attitude to patients too. Ruined my whole day and my plans.
If you go there please forget your other plans.
