I am always super nervous when it comes to getting bloodwork done as I am a fainter and my veins don't cooperate. The Team at this clinic was AMAZING. They did everything they could to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, they helped each other to get blood out of my crazy veins so they didn't need to poke me more than once (normally I get poked several times) and they didn't rush me out. I was able to stay with a support person until i was feeling ready. Thanks you!

As a new comer to Penticton with my old health card still being used the staff here made me feel welcomed and guided me as to where i can go to apply for my BC health card. The lab associate that did my blood work was very friendly and nice and i highly recommend this place to everyone new and old.

Can I just say how absolutely horrifying the VML logo is? It's as if it was chosen from a children's competition. If I could go somewhere else, I would. It shakes my faith in their professionalism.
Despite the logo (lol) the staff in Penticton were kind and helpful.

I brought my 2.5 year old son in for some blood work. All the women at the lab were very kind, compassionate and understanding. If your little one needs blood work I highly suggest taking them to valley medical lab downtown Penticton. Thank you for being so accommodating!!
