Due to a fall 9 months ago and awaiting an MRI, I finally caved and decided to buy a walker. Figured I'd need one in a few years anyway. Told Luke I needed the lightest one. He set me up in 15 minutes. Tremendous service, great guy! Love my new wheels! Has restored a bit of my mobility. Thanks Valley Medical!

While visiting relatives in Penticton i experienced a recurrence of a knee problem that greatly reduced my mobility. I was recommended Valley medical and was very quickly supported to find the correct knee brace to enable me to get around again with confidence and much less pain. I phoned the Valley Medical Supply in Penticton this morning to inquire about new wheels for my walker. Within an hour I got a phone call that they were coming to my home in Oliver. Luke got here about an hour later and put on two new wheels and cleaned and adjusted the other two, as well as adjusted the brakes. Amazing service ,very fast ,friendly and the price was 1/2 of what I expected. I would highly recommend this Company. Thank you!

Amazing service!!!! So kind and thoughtful. My mother just passed away and we needed help donating the medical bed to the Red Cross. The company I purchased it from in Kelowna, HMEBC, wanted to charge me over $750.00 to remove the bed from the home and deliver it to the Red Cross. Valley Medical Supply and the driver Luke Griffiths offered their service for no charge to help us out and help the Red Cross service their clients that need help. Thank you again!!!

Went here yesterday to get a wheelchair for my mom and Luke was terrific. Spent time listening to our needs and adjusted chair until it was comfortable for mom. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend this store for any help with any mobility needs.

Needed a walker for rent on short notice for my mom visiting from abroad. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, it was really uncomplicated and easy for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I have always found staff friendly and helpful. Luke is incredible! He can solve any power chair problem. He is so resourceful and knowlegible and he really wants to get it right for the well-being of the client. He has come on very short notice when I urgently needed chair for a dr appt. I appreciate Luke SO much. Thank you!
