Van Isle is the best! I bought an expensive purification system for my house that is at the hot water tank, which provides purified water to every tap in my home and the system has been incredible. The customer service has been excellent! Shay has been a fabulous contact for us there and I highly recommend this business to anyone

I deal with these guys on a fairly regular basis and have never had any issues. Always friendly and know their stuff. They have a great selection but if there is something they don't carry or won't work my situation they tell me where to research different pumps that will work for my commercial applications.

My husband Earle was looking everywhere for a pool pump mechanical seal. He finally found one at Van Isle Water in Courtney. They were terrific to deal with - knowledgeable, courteous and very accomodating. Shea and Brian were both very, very helpful. You rarely find employees of this calibre.

Our experience with Van Isle water has been very disappointing. Excellent sales staff when you want to buy something and terrible service when their are issues with the product. The water filtration system that we purchased at a premium price stopped working in less than a year. In six weeks, we have gotten very little or no support from Van Isle in resolving this problem.
