Parfait. Je n’ai pas eu d’attente, un personnel à l’écoute, un médecin qui m’a auscultée et m’a rassurée. Endroit très propre. Merci! C’est agréable de savoir qu’on peut être accompagné par des professionnels tels que vous.

One of the best medical experiences I’ve had. They were quick and communicated everything very well the whole time I was there. I arrived, took a number, was quickly seen by the admin person, then waited about 10 min to see a nurse, then after seeing the nurse I went straight to see a doctor and they did a few tests. I was in and out within two hours and I never sat for more than 20 minutes waiting for anything. It was really good and the staff, nurses and doctors took their time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed.

Unfortunately had a need to visit this Clinic this morning while on holiday from Australia.

Amazing service in a state of the art clean and bright facility. We arrived at 8:15 am was seen by the reception team, a nurse and a doctor and were out of the centre by 10.00am.

Both the nurse and doctor that we were seen by were professional to the core and in our opinion went above and beyond what we would have expected. The upfront fee of approximately $200 was also very reasonable in our opinion.

We were extremely thankful that our hotel concierge recommended this clinic to us. With sincere Thanks. Sally and Liam Canberra Australia. 🙏

A very great experience at this urgent care location today. My cat scratched my eye, and I was urged by my boss and a pharmacist to have it checked out asap. I was in the middle of work and was concerned that I might miss my ferry booking as the last time I accompanied my partner to another urgent care we had to wait for 7 hours 😢. Every person at this clinic was friendly and professional, and they quickly triaged everyone and brought us into rooms.

Left within 2 hours with a prescription for antibiotic eye ointment, a tetanus shot, and peace of mind that I might be able to avoid a serious eye infection. Very grateful.

Probably some of the best medical care and attention I've received for years. Patient, caring and very kind staff. I went in the morning to sign in, waited comfortably in the waiting room for a few hours and was able to see a medical professional who was concerned, attentive, polite and very helpful. She even brought in a few more people to collaborate which indicates that this facility thrives on mutual respect, working as a team and willing to get help from an associate to get an on-site 2nd opinion. If you're still looking for a family doctor, then these people will do their best to help you until you do. Great place.

I walked in five minutes after they opened on a Saturday.

It took about two hours to get processed in. Then they sent me a verification text and told me that another test would be sent when they were ready to see me. “It will probably take 1 to 2 hours.”

I killed time until walking back in more than five hours after my initial arrival, to ask when they might see me. I discovered that when I had reached the head of the queue, they had repeatedly given my spot in the queue to every single person who came in after me, all day long.

Even after realizing their mistake, the quite rude lady at the counter told me that I would have to wait longer, or come back on another day, and start the whole process again.

I waited a while longer until finally giving up and walking out more than 6 1/2 hours after I initially walked in.

Our “free” healthcare on display.

RE: the clinic's response

When I initially left the clinic, the waiting room was packed, with more people coming in and taking numbers. When I returned, the room was empty, save for three people. The odds against every single person who came into the clinic that day being an urgent, emergency case are astronomical, and your excuse is nothing more than clumsy and transparent backside-covering. This was quite obviously a case of my being processed in and promptly forgotten.

I was extremely sick when I came to this urgent care, and I couldn't have asked for better treatment. The doctors and nurses were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel cared for and supported. They listened carefully, acted quickly, and went above and beyond to help me feel better. I'm truly grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent medical attention!

Went in at 7.55 the place already taking patients in. Maybe 5 people ahead of me. A good beginning a show of efficiency when opening before official opening time ? No. It’s almost a trap. Got to be seen by a nurse 1/2 later. Then got a message to be seen by a doctor at 9 am. Was Put in a room at 9.10 am now 50 mins later no doctor yet ? Was told by the nurse 3 doctors on duty with 5 people before me that’s still a 1 1/2 wait ? You must be kidding me Nice place nice staff zero efficiency zero medical service. I just needed to see if my burned wounds were infected A 2 hr wait for that on a slow day N still waiting…
