Dr Montroy cured me. I’ve been sick for a year with no answers, all doctors saying my pain was from my period and heavy bleeding could be from endometriosis. Basically no doctor wanted to look into any other possibilities. Dr Montroy decided to move away from all my symptoms just being caused by me being a woman. Turns out I have antibodies of a large intestinal infection and a gluten intolerance. She motivated me to research my health as well, I realized my heavy periods were from vitamin k deficiency. I’ve never been so grateful to a person before, she gave me my life back

I liked my naturopath at first, but then she seemed to stop caring as much. She put me on a face cream for my acne that caused a flare-up of perioral dermatitis that I can't get rid of now! I have never had perioral dermatitis in my life until I was on that cream. She didn't seem to care or acknowledge how serious this was and just put me on antibiotics. I decided to just go to my regular doctor for free if antibiotics were her only treatment. I've done two rounds of antibiotics, and it's still coming back. I am pretty sure I am going to have this for the rest of my life. I'm really bummed.

Natasha Montroy diagnosed my hypothyroidism when I thought I had postpartum depression. I had some preconceived skepticism about naturopathy before I met her but her professionalism and knowledge definitely earned my respect! Her assessment skills were fantastic and I highly recommend her to anyone struggling with postpartum issues.

I didn’t have a great Botox experience at this clinic, unfortunately. I ended up having to go in twice, pay for the revisions and still did not get my desired effect. I’ve been to other Botox clinics before where I’ve never had an issue for a very basic and standard procedure, and where clients aren’t expected to pay full price for subsequent “fixes”. I won’t be returning.

We have had our daughters blood analyzed here by DR Shalilni Hitkari and found the service to be expensive for the end result. What we got was a report printed in black and white and a rushed, unprepared meeting about the results. No follow up or plan on how to move forward just "here you go, good luck". After getting my own test done at another Naturopath who used the same lab, I discovered that the results are color-coded, Green being good, Yellow being borderline and red being elevated. My wife called to ask if we could get a copy of the results emailed to us or a color version printed out, she was told that they don't keep them on file and couldn't access them. This is either a lie or simply shotty business practices, who deletes email these days. I would not recommend this "DR" or the condescending secretary.
