I was impressed from the moment I entered the clinic — clean, professional, and welcoming. Hayley was especially kind and thorough with my paperwork and made the experience comfortable and even fun. I’d definitely return to Vector Clinic and hope to see Hayley again!

Convenient - quick appointment access available , very punctual and efficient when I arrived. Staff were Very pleasant, educated and professional. The facility was clean. They send results in a very timely manner to my doctor. The tests I had done were covered 100% by MSP

My 10-year-old son is diagnosed with autism and recently has been going through the process of exploring some issues with his heart. We went to Vector in West Kelowna to get an ECG and holter test completed. The woman who helped us went above and beyond to make my son feel welcome and was so kind to him. I appreciated that she explained the tests to him directly, allowed him to have choices (for example, to remove the stickers after the ECG himself), and explained to him how to keep the diary. She made him feel so comfortable and important. It really meant a lot to me to that he left the appointment feeling so happy. Thank you for your kindness. I highly recommend this clinic.
