he is always a day or two late, at last minute (a couple of hours before my appointment). i have been trying to contact his office since 2021. i missed an appointment due to a last minute plan to visit family. before i left, i left over a dozen messages to contact his office. they never responded. the day before and of my appointment, i missed the calls due to being on vacation and couldn’t call back as his office always calls as a private number. since then, i have left dozens of messages with NO response. i have to ask my pharmacy to fax request med refills, and they’ve gone two weeks without reply. i can’t count the times i have had an emergency refill because i am on multiple medications and his office gives no reply in time, even when ive asked a month before. the pharmacy always asks me to call his office, and it’s endlessly frustrating to try to explain that i have over and over with no response. he and his office are negligent to the point of being dangerous to my health.

My daughter went for her 1 year vaccines yesterday and I cannot get over how wonderful Nurse Bree (I’m sorry if that is not spelt correctly) was. I love that when my daughter was crying and fussing instead of saying “oh come on,” “you’re fine” or sighing like it was annoying She just said “I’m sorry E!” I wanted to hug her so bad in that moment. She is so kind, caring, attentive. Truly one of the best nurses
