Terrible lawn soil from this company. Our landscapers had to physically screen out all the large rocks and pebbles and found many shards of glass and metal. The size of rocks in the mix are significant hazards for mowing, will absolutely damage the mower blade and shoot out the side and hit windows, cars, etc. Not sure there’s any sand at all in the mix, there is no drainage when watered, the water just pools then dries into a very hard surface that new grass seed as no chance to grow in or through. We should be walking on new grass by now, instead we have had to order actual lawn soil from another supplier and till up the garbage we were sent from Gravel Mart and start all over. As our landscapers pointed out they are called Gravel Mart for a reason! Avoid this company and save yourself a major headache.

Called a few days after delivery and was told you had no other complaints and you only sell top quality lawn soil.

See pics of the size of rocks compared to the golf ball that had to be screened out. And pic of the horrible soil lawn seed has no chance of getting through it dries out immediately to a hard surface you can knock on.

I delivered a F-550 Dump Truck to these fine folks on a beautiful, sunny day. They are pleasant, salt of the earth business people and do fair deals at fair prices. I look forward to seeing them again in the future...😁👍

Definitely NOT the place to get your lawn soil. It's full of gravel and banana stickers and plastic chunks. Expected actual soil for a seeding medium for the new lawn to grow. Not gravel and dusty dirt full of garbage! What a waste of money!
