He has been a massage therapist for over 30 years and is very knowledgeable. He provides an expert and professional massage. He also suggests stretches that are appropriate for the condition being treated.

Gaston is amazing. Very knowledgeable and likes to explain why certain areas are hurting, which I find very helpful. He also recommends stretches and if you ever have a question he will take his time to explain it. I also appreciate how respectful he is and always ask where you want to start your massage, How strong you want the massage and so on. He's the first massage therapist that has ever done that and some days I feel weak in my body and I don't want hard pressure and some days I do. So him opening that dialogue every single time is really nice. He also asked if you want to talk during the massage or if you want the quiet massage. The massage itself is also very nice and he takes feedback if there is certain methods you don't like.
To be completely honest I was nervous to go to a male masseuse as it made me uncomfortable in the past. But I would recommend him to every single person that asked me. He is very polite and respectful 😊

Gaston is exceptionally knowledgeable. Listens to concerns about problem areas, continually adjusts pressure as needed/conveyed by the client, will recommend ideas for ongoing support with at-home exercises or things to adjust to promote better healing, and often has a good range of available hours (if he isn’t booked up 🙂)
