the doctor misdiagnosed my pneumonia for a throat infection. he failed to listen to my lungs which would’ve immediately gave it away. also prescribed me for the wrong antibiotics had it even been a throat infection, instead he gave me the one used to treat UTIs. clearly has no idea what he’s doing, do not recommend!

I want to say that Dr. Jackson is the best doctor I’ve ever gone to. But the reception has some booking issues which should be fixed. I’ve been going to this clinic for about 9 months and almost all my appointments have been rescheduled. Almost every time a few days before my appointment or even day of I get a call letting me know I need reschedule my appointment because they are closed the day they booked me for or the doctor is on vacation. I don’t understand why I’m being booked on these days and then when I have to reschedule they are rude and don’t even try to squeeze me in for a close date.

Their hours are wrong on Google. When you walk to the clinic there is a notice that says they do not accept walkins (funny considering this is called a walk-in clinic) and that you have to book an appointment on the phone. But when you call them they don’t answer and say that they are closed. What type of establishment is this? If you can’t do something as simple as update your hours on Google or answer your phone then you shouldn’t be operating

I booked an appointment for Saturday morning and it was closed. Not even a call back to cancel or anything. What customer service is doing? If any. This is the next level of disrespectful.

Came for walk in and Receptionist was nice and helpful, and so was doctor Jackson. Referred and got me another appointment at a specialist.
Downfall was that place only takes debit or cash

Their none of the phone numbers are working because both of them are same. There is one lady on all of them saying “VIVA CARE PORT COQUITLAM” that’s all no one is answering your call it’s pre recorded. Doesn’t matter how many times you call. They say this viva care 3 times then they hung up on you.

Patient care is terrible. The doctor calls me 3 hrs late - wasn’t sure if I was even gonna get a call. Then forgets to send my prescription to the pharmacy! Also is impossible to get through to reception on the phone.

I am at the Walmart Clinic as we speak. It is 8:00am and no one is here. Why? Because they don't actually open at 8am, like they've indicated in their Google page. They're open at 8:30am. I specifically traveled to this location because I understood they were open early. I really appreciate my time being wasted like this. Thanks!
