Mais pour la réception... connaissez-vous ce que veut dire accueil, gentillesse, être capable d'écouter ? Si oui n'allez pas à cet endroit ! Il y a une réceptionniste au cheveux longs toujours attachés qui est à l'opposé de ce que ça veut dire, et c'est peu dire. Si votre anglais n'est pas très bon, bonne chance avec cette timbrée avec son air bête et méchant. Malheureusement, ça rend l'accès aux medecins difficile. Et si vous avez vraiment besoin d'y aller, bonne chance avec cette timbrée.

After trying to call urgent care centres, signing up for multiple online appointments apps with no luck, I headed to the Burnside Walk in clinic without expectations. Barbara at the desk was amazing. They were at capacity for the day but she took the time to ask me what I was needing to see a doctor for. I explained I have possible whiplash or concussion and it happened at work and I have had no luck seeing a doctor. She went down ans spoke with the clinic doctor who agreed to take me even though he was done for the day. I felt cared for, the team was compassionate and professional. I was in and out within. 15 min. Thank you Barbara and the doctor who is filling out my WCB forms!

I tried to call and book an appointment today’s. They must have forgotten to update their voice mail since 2019. Because it indicated we are in the throws of Covid 19. I would suggest that they recruits Locum from England where they are not able to place all the locum GPs due to a surplus of family physicians.

Christmas and new years made it impossible for me to check on the healing of a surgical wound but on the 2nd of January I was able to see Dr. M. Zafarullah and I was very happy that he was so efficient and pleasant. Also very kind. It's scary to be without a doctor when you have a heart condition, medications and questions about your healing process. Many thanks to the kind staff and Dr. Zafarullah for reassuring me that my healing was proceeding well!

Call at 730am they say. Call a million times and get a busy signal
Then when you finally do get thru they don't answer!!! And answering machine says call back but you can't leave a message. absolutely ridiculous 🙄

The actual doctor that works downstairs just rushes you out and doesn't give a chance to explain symptoms.
Like what kind of doctor doesn't check your blood pressure when you're having chest pains?!?

Burnside Family Medical Clinic is an amazing place with caring and professional staff. The customer service is top notch and a excellent representation of the way health care should look and feel. A big THANK YOU to Dr. Tura and her Team for helping me navigate my health and getting me back on my feet.

Dr. Chris Stamp-Vincent is awesome. He has a gentle manurism and acts as though he truly cares about the problem. He takes him, asks questions. I know how broken our system is and I am just so grateful that I have a family doctor who is available and who cares.

The clinic’s website says the walk in is open everyday including Sundays. The website has a calendar giving dates & times & says Sunday 8-2. The front door says the walk in is open Sundays 9-6. The front door also has a note that says there are no walk in doctors available and to check the website for correct information. The website on the note leads to a schedule that says the walk in is open everyday, including Sundays 8-2. Their phone message doesn’t say anything about there being no doctors, the giant sign on the side of the building doesn’t say anything about there being no doctors, the website doesn’t say anything about there being no doctors, just a note on the door saying there are no doctors available at all. The same note that then tells you to check the website for updated info & gives you a schedule with all the available doctors & times etc. If there are no doctors available just put it on your website & in the phone message. Don’t just have a tiny “no doctors sign” that leads you to a website that gives you a schedule that isn’t real. Make it more clear so people don’t waste 2 hours, sick, sitting outside. I know it’s not the doctors fault there is a shortage but seriously, update your phone message & website.

PLEASE CAN we all advocate & vote for incentives for doctors to move to Victoria & be paid appropriately so we can all have health care. Student loans paid off if you stay in Vic for 5 years as a doctor, & other things like that. We need doctors!
