First time at this clinic today. They accepted me as a patient as my partner is a long time patient and my long time GP has just retired. and they arranged a meet and greet the same afternoon. The front end staff were very efficient , friendly and welcoming. The organization was efficient and impressive. The physician was also friendly and impressive. I feel fortunate to have found this practice.

I recently had a consultation with Dr. Rogers Eamonn, and I was thoroughly impressed by his clinical professionalism and depth of medical knowledge. He conducted a comprehensive assessment, effectively identified the underlying cause of my symptoms, and communicated the findings clearly and compassionately.

The clinic staff were also exceptionally courteous and created a welcoming, patient-centered environment from the moment I arrived.

We are so grateful for this clinic and Dr. Liknaitzky in particular. He is so thoughtful, knowledgeable and takes him to understand what is going on and come up with a solution. We never feel rushed. The staff are wonderful and the clinic does a great job ensuring that you can be seen by any of the doctors should there be an imminent need.

Very disappointing experience with billing staff

A few days ago, I went to this clinic for a follow-up visit with my family doctor after giving birth. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t be seen unless I paid a $100 bill. I explained that my insurance was already in place and had been confirmed as retroactive, meaning it should cover previous charges — just as I had been told by the insurance staff months earlier.

Unfortunately, the billing lady (not sure of her exact role, and frankly, I don’t need to know) was extremely rude and confrontational from the moment she started talking to me. I was calm and polite, just trying to understand the situation — I had come in with my newborn, feeling vulnerable and already anxious due to a concerning medical result. Instead of kindly explaining the billing process or giving clear guidance (such as paying and then requesting reimbursement), she spoke to me in an aggressive and disrespectful tone that brought me to tears from the stress.

I paid the $100 — I had no issue paying; the money wasn’t the problem. I simply wanted to clarify the information I had received beforehand. But this kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients often come in feeling anxious, vulnerable, or unwell.

To be clear, the doctor is ok and the reception staff are friendly. But the billing/accounting woman showed a shocking lack of compassion and professionalism. I hope the clinic takes steps to ensure their administrative staff treat patients with respect and empathy — especially new moms like me.

We are very lucky to be registered with this clinic. Both our NP (Rachel Kennedy) and Dr Vitagliano who was covering for her today are very professional, caring and knowledgeable.

It is very easy take an appointment online and they are always punctual with appointments. We never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes for our appointments.

It's been great having them as our healthcare providers.

Been a patient here for almost 10 years. Booking software is so easy to use. The desk staff is all so kind, helpful- always greet me by name when I come in. They’re very good about squeezing me in for last minute urgent stuff when it comes up, saving me visits to ER or urgent care.

Really like my doctor, Doctor Teoh. Very straightforward, to the point, efficient and kind. No fuss no muss. So good about faxing prescriptions or emailing notes quickly and efficiently (a lot of doctors and offices aren’t so great at this). Appreciate his approach to healthcare- definitely tries to see problems in a bigger holistic picture and not just fixing symptoms- generally hesitant to medicate right away, unless it’s an urgent problem.

Also really like the locum Dr, Dr.Perry- felt comfortable talking to him the first visit I had.

Feel lucky to have access to such great, convenient access to healthcare in a place where a GP is hard to find.

My entire family have been patients of Dr. Farmer since he started his practice. He delivered both my children (Born 34 & 32 years ago). He is focused and helpful. When unavailable he has excellent locums o help out.
