Thank you West Bay Mechanical. You stuck with me when I started my journey towards a HVAC system our home in our condo. You listened and advised, you recommended and shared of your expertise and wisdom. Your sales team and front desk were superb. Derek and Duncan, thank you. Your calm input and ideas and creativity allowed us to install a top notch system. The install team of Joel and Brendan, Kyle and Nico - all of them - were professional, polite, patient, proud of their work. Grateful. Happy to be on site. Your contractors such as electrical were equally efficient and helpful.
I know I did not take the cheapest system nor quote. I wanted the best - and I feel I got it with West Bay Mechanical. Please do not hesitate to send potential customers my way for a reference. West Bay Mechanical did a great job replacing my aging gas furnace with a York dual fuel heat pump. The Installation was well organized. Alex, who led the installation was pleasant and knowledgeable and did a great job with the installation and explaining to me how the new unit worked. These guys worked with me to improve the quality of my HVAC system and I would highly recommend their service.

Awesome same day service. Our hot water tank broke, Rob came out the same day and replaced the old one with a new one under warranty. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

West Bay Mechanical installed a heat pump last week and I can not speak highly enough about all the people that worked on the installation. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up when necessary. Most of all, they came across as enjoying their job and working with each other. It was a pleasure to see and we would certainly recommend them.

We had Brian come today to our house and he did maintenance on our heat pump. He was the nicest and most professional technician we've ever had. We are very grateful for the full team efforts from West Bay Mechanical to install our heat pump, in January 2024. Special kudos and thanks to Alex and his team for the removal of our furnace, then installing the heat pump - they were friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Contacted West bay Mechanical to install a Heat pump into our house, as we had them install New Gas Furnace and tank less hot water tank. We were very pleased with the service and Install team. They went above and beyond to ensure that it was dialed in for best savings on bills.

We called West Bay in early August about a strange noise our sump pump is making when it comes on. A technician came just a few days later (August 7), made some recommendations, and said we would receive an invoice and a quote for the recommended work within 11/2 hours. Neither arrived, and about a week later I reached out regarding the status of the invoice and quote. Since then I have contacted (via phone and email) West Bay repeatedly to request the status of invoice and quote. After repeated inquiries, I finally received the invoice but still have no quotation for the changes verbally recommended; our sump pump continues to be noisy when it starts up and now the rainy season is approaching with still no ‘fix’. I don’t understand, and have been given no explanation about the delay … my last phone call and e-mail have received no response. Very disappointing!
