The service is great here. Been coming here since it was Sei Bella Spa, way back when. I have my favorite girls, that give great; quick and detail oriented care. I get their bikini area sugaring, and I'm always pleased with the results. The technicians are always very open to touch ups and making sure you're fully satisfied with the results before leaving. Great scrub and salve products too for the bikini area. The recipes have changed over the years, I liked the scrub in its last iteration, it's gotten more flaky/salty than it was before. I mentioned it to the ladies, for feedback, which they were receptive to, so we'll see if that makes it back to the lab.
I really enjoy being able to book training sessions when they happen, nice to get a discounted sugar here and there.
And I'm SO stoked that they brought back the tea and water in the waiting area!
My tech was so sweet on my last appointment, I'd just had a breakup earlier that day, and she was very kind and caring and compassionate. (Which I don't really expect from a salon service, but it was an endearing interaction that helped my tough day)

I have been a regular client for over 10 years. Today I received horrible customer service from both staff at the desk who ignored me while I waited to check in for my appointment. One of them had walked by me so she knew I as there. They were occupied on their phones and talking to each other. When I told them how this felt, they didn’t take it too seriously. It really is the first time I have had bad service there. Has something changed? As I waited, they laughed with each other and then one of them told me they would not provide service to me because of my negatively and that they had already had a bad morning.
