Yes they do good work. BUT I‘ve been waiting for 2 years for them to come and fix my super slow internet caused by their equipment. Shaw can’t fix it, I can’t fix it. And apparently they don’t want to! Also we can’t see our system keypads anymore. Kevin was going to order us new ones 2 years ago. I’ve sent numerous emails and had no response. 2 years! I used to think they were great but after waiting for this long and having no service from them I would never recommend them.

Island Technologies has already done all the updates at their end a LONG time ago! It's you guys who haven't answered my emails and followed up. I should post a photo of the rats nest of wires you left us with too. Then you want to charge me $120/hr to tidy them up!

I had Kevin and Ben install a 7.1 surround sound audio system and wall mount my plasma. The speakers were installed in the ceiling for a clean, uncluttered look. The audio quality is amazing for movies, sports and music! Very happy with the system and the excellent customer service we received! Everything well explained so we could understand the system and how to use it. Also had Kevin and staff make and install a live edge wood mantle and floating shelves to complete the look of our living room. Looks great and we get many compliments! They colour blends perfectly with our home decor. Highly recommended to anyone looking to have a home theatre system installed. Excellent knowledgeable staff and great service.

Kevin, owner of West Coast Home Theatre remains to refuse to pay what he owes his ex employee for back wages and business expenses. Kevin has been given financial records, loan documents,rental agreements, etc. So no I would not recommend them. The next question. Why does your product take so long to arrive and be installed?

Kevin and his team will make sure it's done right from start to finish. Have helped me out with audio and video solutions many times over the last 12 years, Thanks.

These guys are a bunch of fly by night, dishonest jerks. First o book a time with them to come give me an estimate on installing a him Theater in my basement. They don't show up. So I call and they are all uppity like it is my fault they didn't show up. Anyway, they finally make it and give me the estimate - about $8000.

Then when they come to start the work, they are like oh the estimate is wrong because the didn't realize it was a basement and their is more work than they thought. I point out that they came and walked through the space and took measurements. They are completely non-responsive. So we are at an impasse and eventually I just kick them out of the house.

Never, ever do business with these guys. They are unreliable and dishonest.
