I have finally gotten masks after searching everywhere for the past couple of days. I waited in line for a few minutes because some people were willing to pay more and buy out all the stock - but the staff did not allow it. They set a limit to how many masks each person can buy. So more people (like me) have a fair chance to get them!! Thanks so much to the awesome staff for being fair! That is the definition of great customer service!!

As a personal customer, not a business, I can walk in and make a purchase without needing or having a corporate account.

Almost always able to purchase what I need for home (was a hospital & hotel cleaner for 20 years) or for personal use at work - except when 'supply chain' issues arose, then you might need to stop by in a couple days.

Staff is always willing to accommodate, answer product questions and help any way they can. Very friendly staff and even went out of their way to find me a supplier for replacement part on a fan, which is not their line of service.

On more than one occasion I've seen them go out of their way to help a customer get an order to their vehicle & help load up. Really helpful, very friendly & never feel like you don't 'belong' in their store.

Lots of product, great prices and location work well for residents/businesses on south east side of town - since another provider ditched their Marine Drive shop about 10 years ago. Conveniently located near intersection of Fraser/25th = easy to get to by vehicle or bus. They also recently opened another location on Kingsway near Victoria Drive, sorry don't have address at time of this writing.

Bought products here a handful of times and always had a great experience with helpful advice. It’s become a preference over a big box store if they stock what I need.

To that point was very surprised to see one star reviews. Chatting at the store they mentioned the covid period has been an overwhelming nightmare. 20k+ emails, a few employees and supply chains falling apart due to a surge in demand.

Though those reviews may be real experiences, look at the dates and take with a grain of salt.
