The radiologist was very rude. I was there at 4 PM and there was nobody sitting in the waiting area so it was only me. I understand it was their end of day, but if you are not in mood to take a patient, you can simply say no, instead of showing them a rude and harsh behavior. I feel like my radiologist have a language issues so couple times when I was unable to understand what he saying that request him to tell that again, and his stone was very harsh when he was explaining things the second for second time his way of giving instruction was very rude. Just want to say this thing to him dude if you don’t like your job then why are you here?

Sign on their office says they will take the last patient 15 minutes before closing. I was there at 3:50 pm, thinking I'd have enough time.
Told there was no way I'd get in today... they close at 4:30 pm.
Only 2 people waiting.
Might be time to change/ update their hand written sign outlining their parameters. I understand it can be a busy place... but 40 minutes before closing I'm told no Seriously unimpressed.

We arrived 30minutes before closing after battling with 1hr traffic from a doctor's appointment. The core values of the healthcare authority is CARE which obviously doesn't exist in this location. Their door sign says the last person they will take will be 15mins before their closing time. Health care definitely goes downhill here.

I just had the best experience with WCMI! When I phoned the person at the front desk, they shared information that would make my visit quick and easy. She was super friendly when I met her in person too (I rarely encounter this with admin staff in the medical field). The xray tech had excellent bedside manner and shared information about the process that was new to me. I especially liked that he understood my sarcasm right away. Thank you to those 2 Staff members for their remarkable customer service but more for being kind, funny human beings during a not so fun time for me.

My daughter took her 13 year old for an exray on her leg at 4 pm, she had a torn acl but they told her they were closed and they dont close until 4:30, she had to go to the Sidney Hospital for exays on this child and was there for 8 hours. Obviously they wanted off early as it was a friday. thats discusting and exray takes minutes to do. Very poor Business practices now adays they can pick and choose when they work.

I would advise against this location due to the reception. The woman seems nice up front but there was a paperwork issue on their end. They ended up charging me for x-rays that should be covered by MSP. I made the mistake of calling back to this clinic to try and find resolution from the receptionist. She said that she would resolve the issue but a month later I received another overdue invoice like nothing had happened. This time I tried calling the Yates clinic instead and the reception understood my situation and simply resolved it without accusing me of submitting incorrect information, or giving me the run around. It leaves me wondering, what the heck was going on with the goldstream reception that made everything so difficult?

Not sure why there are so many bitter people gathered here. If you are normal, they will treat you normally. Never had a bad experience at this location and I’ve had to come in multiple times for different things. They are straight and to the point. Come at a reasonable time (not 5 minutes before closing), don’t demand stuff, don’t be rude, and they will return the favor. But I agree, the technician could use some manners, but none of us are perfect.

Rude technician. Brought my 90 year old grandma in a wheelchair and he was rude, short, and kind of mean to her. Short wait time to get in though, and I can see why. Won't be back.
