I don't understand these negative reviews. This clinic is wonderful. I found Dr. Milanovic In 2022 and has been attentive, listens to me and has not let me down. He genuinely seems to care about my health concerns. The front desk staff are friendly. Dr. Ahmad has been great and gone out of her way when I had my meltdowns when I met for my weight issues. Perhaps some of these negative comments are from not using the online site to book a virtual

Dr Reynolds is a wonderful caring physician. Our family of 5 includes 3 generations of patients, ranging in age from 40-92 with multiple health issues. He is a family physician who knows us well, is thorough and patient with all our questions at appointments. We never feel rushed through our appointments. He is especially kind and compassionate with my mother who has dementia. We are grateful to have such a great family physician.

Westside Medical Associates continue to let me down as a patient. They will not send prescriptions to me as I have recently relocated to Vancouver Island. They have put my health in jeopardy by saying they will send the prescriptions and don't. I am now going on a week without my medication. Way to go staff! Thanks for keeping my best interests in mind. I'm not doing anything wrong by keeping a family physician in a different city... thousands and thousands of Canadians are forced to do the same thing.

I've been going there since it opened and it's always a good experience there for me. Ive been going to the same Dr. It's always a very reliable experience. I find it's fast to get in after booking appointments as well

I love my doctor! I don’t think I’ve ever said that. Dr.reynolds is top tier when it comes to compassion and understanding and finding logic. He’s attentive and kind. Sarah and Shelley are the kindest front desk staff! They really make it easy to get my appts booked and in case of an emergency they have always been kind, courteous and thoughtful. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star is unfortunately there other front desk staff or receptionist if you will that make going into the office or making an over the phone appt much more anxiety inducing and can come across short, which in turn seems rude sometimes.

Has refused psychiatrist prescribed drugs based of a one off 2002 study, whicu has since been disproved. He is sending my brother directly into withdrawal and this is complete malpractice. We will be reporting this to the college of medicine and I recommend anyone with not straight forward needs does not attempt to talk to this practice. He is overtly arrogant even though he's acting with outdated and disproved OPINIONS on mental health, while disregarding psychiatrist facts and diagnoses that took months and months to diagnose and prescribe.

I have had great experiences with the staff so far at Westside Medical, pleasant on the phone and always helpful when I call to confirm if I forget when my appointment time is. (Which happens a lot when you are me) And Dr Reynolds is fantastic, he is always open to hearing about my choices/preferences on my own treatment and testing options, and is so easy to talk to about problems without feeling judged at all. I have been through my fair share of Drs through walk-ins etc and Dr Reynolds truly cares about all of his patients!

The doctors aren't the problem at this clinic. It's the staff. They don't care. They hang up on you. They seem to think we don't know how to refill a prescription. Appointments are over a month away. How does a business have these people incapable of compassion in these positions. Time to find a new clinic. The negative reviews on this one just keep adding up. The fact the staff us unable to have a dr sign a prescription same day or even within 2 days is ridiculous. You have to wait a month. But yet they say call a week in advance to get it filled. This place needs new staff. Poor doctors probably have no clue.
