We've been going to this clinic for years and all the doctors have been wonderful - compassionate, and thorough. Dr. Al Haddad has been vigilant about our health issues, which in recent years have come to resemble a multi-car pile-up. He walks us through every detail, and gets back to the specialists himself when there's any question. I don't think I'd be alive without him. My specialists have high praise for him. He's also got a lovely sense of humour, which really helps when things are not going well.

A note about the front office staff: This office did have issues with a former receptionist/MOA, who I am sure was the source for most of the negative reviews, but there's new staff now who have changed the atmosphere at the front desk. Because the doctors are great, we all overlooked the acidic MOA, but it's such a relief to see this change.

The receptionist is rude. Didnt even let me finish talking, so unfriendly and bes words to describe is rude! If you work as a receptionist you should surely are trained to answer calls properly, She just basically answer the call and I was still saying my words but she interupted me already saying “were not taking and patients anymore! or wait list” then said goodbye and hangup the call. Hope this reviews be seen so she can be aware of how rude she is when taking call. Hope you change your work manners!

This was the best Dr's office I have ever been to, particularly as a maternity patient. Since Dr Bailey's passing, this is the first time I've had to find a different maternity office and I have to be honest... the staff at Westwind Medical Centre went above and beyond expectations. I rarely had to wait for an answer about a question I left with them. It was either the admin, the nurse or Dr Bailey who got back to me promptly which just removed so much stress and worry as a pregnant patient. They were all there when you needed them. Very professional, kind, never made you feel like a burden. The women admin were so intelligent and organized. I really miss it there. The admin team really make a huge difference with helping Dr's and patients.

I have been a patient at Westwind Medical Clinic for six years and I’m so lucky I found this clinic when I moved to Victoria. I’ve had many minor and major issues in that time and I’ve found the care I have received has been excellent. Mr Dr cares about my issues and goes out of her way to ensure I get the best of care. The reception staff go out off their way to assist me even though they are super busy. A good GP is hard to find. This one is fantastic.
