Dr. Mailey and his team always make me feel well cared for and considered as a person. The staff have gone out of their way to help me with issues when he wasn't available for an urgent matter (special shout out to Dr. Akerman - he's a hoot!). But my primary GP Dr. Mailey is thorough, thoughtful and has always been extremely kind to me. He always goes above and beyond when addressing my health concerns.

And very special shout out to Erin, one of the receptionists who is always pleasant, down to earth and incredibly caring whenever we speak.

I only have praise for Doctor White who saved my son’s life about 2 years ago with his expert assessment and diagnosis and quickly made arrangements for emergency admission.

I only regret seeing so many of his patients turned away (including myself), after waiting long periods outside in the rain and cold. For the most part it looks like a dozen or more are told by front desk staff “we are not taking anymore patients for the day... and that is shortly after 9 am when they open.

I believe great Doctors are hard to come by. He is genuinely caring and I understand why there is a long line up to see him. He encourages healthy lifestyle and has advised me on sleeping well, eating and maintaining a healthy weight and my general well-being. He is patient and listens with empathy and heart. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. White.

On a personally note, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude, love and light for your hard work and dedication over the years. I can never repay you for diagnosing something that the emergency doctor, along with 2 other doctors had missed. My family and I will forever be so very grateful to you and your expertise! Thank you many times over.

After an incredibly terrible experience with this clinic and their rude reception staff, I will never suggest this clinic to anyone. I waited over a week for forms to be faxed to my work place and the issue was only resolved when I made an over the phone walk in appointment just to talk to someone other than receptionists about my issue. I had tried twice to reach out to Dr Putnan with no contact, I also called the clinic every day to follow up what the delay was in sending the forms. I think every time I called I spoke to a different rude person and I feel that their attitudes are completely inappropriate for a medical office. No compassion at all!

Dr Samcoe is always amazing. I have a malady that had plagued me for years and I have seen much improvement from following his recommended treatment.

The difficulty is getting an appointment. They have 5 phone lines and 2 people taking calls. The phone system does not take messages, does not have a call back system. I have delayed selling treatment because the process of getting an appointment (walk in or for another day) exasterbates my condition.
Im sure the receptionists would be lovely people if the patients coming to them were not annoyed by needing to dial 33 times.
These problems existed before the pandemic. It is worse now that You cannot come to the office to book an appointment.
Also, the website connected to Google profile is not their actual website but false info set up by hackers. They are aware of this.
I would willingly change my rating if the clinic could admit to its failings and make appropriate changes.

Dr . Mailey is mine and my family's physician now for just 3 years.
After having our family physician retire after 38 years I was unsure about getting a new family doctor since having my old doctor my entire life. However Dr . Mailey has been wonderful and has gone above and beyond to care for myself and family's needs. I feel confident and comfortable now in his care for years to come. And I'm happy to have him as my family physician. Thank you.

I have had issues with every visit I have had with Dr.Memon. Thank God our pharmacy knows what they are doing as x4 times already they have said they can't fill my prescription due to safety and medicine that should not be mixed or top high of a dose. I even had to have a ambulance come to my house due to this. Have gone in for other issues where she says this may be the problem but if it's not that then nothing is wrong, when it clearly was. We have a doctor in our family we pass everything by now and she has been very shocked with diagnosis/prescriptions. I know there is a massive shortage on doctors and the pressure it bring especially to fresh out of school doctors but proper training and experience is extremely important. There should be more help for new doctors and teaching them once out on their own.

My partner has had two sleep study attempts so far at this clinic. The first one was misplaced and the second one was not recorded correctly due to low battery on the machines. So now, nearly six months into trying to be assessed for sleep apnea and still no closer to an answer.
Hopefully, third time is more professional and successful.
