I wanted a referral to Langley maternity clinic cuz my family doctor was booking weeks out. I saw Dr. Cappon and he was extremely rude. He said as a walk in doctor he doesn’t do referrals. That’s simply not true, Langley hospital told me that any walk in doctor can do the referral. I told him the wait was very long and I was already more than 2 months pregnant. He said that’s not his problem …. I told the front desk I wanted a maternity referral and she booked me an appointment so I’m guessing other doctors at this place does do it, just not Dr. Cappon, would not recommend this doctor.

I have come to this clinic sporadically over the years and typically the service was average. Although when you’re told the doctor is behind every-time you come. Waiting over 50 minutes past your schedule time. The doctors need to check their time management. I was in the room listening to this person next door. Chatting about this and that getting side tracked and the doctor couldn’t redirect this person and stay focused on the issue. Then you get a sorry as they enter but it’s not even acceptable. Do your job efficiently and understand people have other things to get done then burning a morning in a walk in clinic. 🤨

I’ve been going here for years, not the best but Dr Sara was wonderful when he still worked there. Called last week to have a prescription sent to a different pharmacy, my doctor was Dr Gupta. He was strangely demeaning on the phone and when I said what I needed he says “Wow, you’re demanding.” Didn’t bother me much but now it’s been almost a week later and I haven’t received a confirmation text that my prescription was ready.
Called my pharmacy and they said there was no prescription ready or in progress, so I called Willoughby med’s front desk and apparently the doctor had forgot to send it in? Super unprofessional and dangerous. If this was a life threatening medication then I’d be in quite the danger. Never coming here again and I suggest you don’t!

I have been going here for 20 years.
When I tell you these women at the front. Know what they are doing they do !!
Remember they see you at your worse.
They know your not well. Doesn't give you the right to be unkind.
2.4 stars is bullshit. Never had a problem here especially if I am coming from a place of patient, respect.
Have some respect you know maybe they aren't feeling good either. Thank you ladies appreciate you and your service ❤️

The people who registered were very kind

The doctor looked at my stye, touching my face with a hand without gloves
He gave me a cure to use a hot towel
But my stye was so bad that it had been more than a month
So I asked the doctor if there was anything else I could do
He said this

'What do you want from me? just Googling'

We booked an online walk-in appointment to be told after showing up + waiting that the doctor did not show up that day. While the front desk staff was helpful, this is unacceptable for a medical clinic. The children and elderly they turned away could've waited elsewhere if they had known earlier.
Whilst waiting, there were conversations of other patients that were up at the front desk complaining that they never received the doctor's calls like they were promised the day prior.
I would not recommend this clinic.

I phone the clinics with my concerns about coughing and high fever.Staff at Willougby medical Center assisted me promptly to get a phone call with Dr.Mandaloun.
The doctor spent time to ask me the details about my symptoms and prescribed me the right medication.
