The young folks inside were kind and helpful. However, after we paid for 2 bags of compost, we went to retrieve them outside. We were aggressively and intensely approached by a white man with long hair pulled back and a mustache from the warehouse demanding to see our receipt for our purchase (thankfully one of the workers from inside was walking out at that moment and confirmed that we had purchased them). Even after he was told, he continued to glare at us over his shoulder as he stormed off as if we had done something wrong (after spending over $50 at the store). We left wondering if he treats everyone like this or just non-white clientele. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this store.

Best pet feed store ever, i always find what I need there. The workers are so nice especially the tall one, he did an amazing job helping me and my family navigate the store, amazing job young man!

Very strong selection of cat items, including food, scratchers, harnesses, beds, and toys, with cardboard scratchers the cheapest I've seen anywhere in the Westshore. Staff was very friendly and readily available to answer our questions. Don't forget to say hi to the store cats!

This has been my go to place for all things dog bones and treats however after yesterday, I’m not sure if I will be back. I’ve taken my dogs into this store multiple times and never had issues. Yesterday I brought in my very chill Border Collie to look for a bone. Once the lady at the front noticed my dog, she goes “oh is that a dog? Next time announce that you have a dog because we have a cat that attacks dogs”. She came off as quite rude. I have never been told this before. I should not have to “announce” I have a dog coming into a PET store. If dogs have to be leashed and under control, then so should this cat that attacks dogs. Animal control has agreed that if one of my dogs attacks this cat because I didn’t “announce” my dog, then it is actually not my dogs fault. It will be Willow Winds fault because the cat is not under control and my dog is. I most likely will not be back.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection is great. I definitely appreciate their emphasis on local products. Pricing is good and fair.

They have adequate parking- it can be a bit hectic but that's because they're popular!

Always get my supplies here. They carry a large variety of supplies for dogs, cats, horses and other. Staff is always friendly and they carry anything heavy for you and will even load it in you vehicle…amazing service
