Dr Mina Perez Florez is my doctor and I love her. Best Dr ever. But the receptionist is rude and doesn't answer the phones. I tried to book online but it shows no appointments for June, July and August. What is going on? Since this clinic changed over, it's horrible.

I love my doctor but I hate this clinic - I’ve been coming here for 28 years and the receptionists just get worse and worse. “Phone lines are closed from 12-1 for lunch” except you can call at 1:15pm and get the same message…I can’t get through to book an appt to renew my meds, and then when I run out of medication they act like it’s my fault. If it wasn’t for the doctor shortage I would’ve been out of this place as soon as possible despite the love for my actual doctor

Hate to leave a bad review but unsure how else to communicate concerns to management - those answering the phone services are rude and unfriendly, especially for healthcare where your goal is public service. Constantly being put on hold and hard to get through, or misinformed that the clinic is closed when actually open. Healthcare should not feel like a burden.

I love my doctor Mina Flores Perez. I’ve had Mina as my doctor for a few years now, I feel honoured to be her patient. My heart is full of gratitude to have a doctor like her. She’s extremely thorough in her work. I couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve never had a feeling in waiting for my apt. Her time management is great. Thank you Dr Perez for being such an amazing doctor ❤️

This clinic has gone down hill! My son is extremely sick - most likely pneumonia. We had a throat swab and x-ray done and I tried calling the office at 3:50pm to see if they had any results before the close of day. It went straight to a voice messaging system that states "office phone lines close at 4:30 and if you're receiving this message it's because we're on lunch or closed....stay on the line for emergency answering service". The lady who finally picked up was so rude and didn't give a rip about patient concerns. Told me to call back tomorrow and log a complaint with the office staff 🤯. She didn't want to deal with me in any which way. I asked why the lines would be closed 40 min early but she didn't know or care. I can't wait to find a new dr office...this is horrible patient service!

Whoever they have doing their after hours messaging system is awful. I was supposed to have a phone appt with my Dr, but have been waiting for 40 minutes. I called to check I have the right day and not only do they shut their phones down a whole hour before the offices actually close the woman who answered the "messaging system" didn't even let me respond to her askingbwhat I wanted, just rudely told me she couldn't understand me, the phones are closed and call back tomorrow before hanging up on me.

I have been going to this clinic for 23 years & my doctor has been good! I have noticed that the front desk staff can be very rude & dismissive. Because of this I’m always so stressed out having to book an appointment or check in when I get there. It makes going to the clinic extremely uncomfortable.
