I called Lennox because my installer ghosted me on a new build. They referred me to Zoltara. They answered the phone promptly and came to inspect the problem within a few days. Understand in the Okanogan you’re lucky for most trades to even reply. They gave me professional advise and remedied the problem. Which they went out of there way to accommodate. Fast professional and excellent service. It was great dealing with them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

I’m a contractor, who needed some work done on my personal residence.
I got three quotes, all of which, were in the same ballpark.
Then I ended up on the same site as Zoltera, and met the crews, and owners.
The site was tidy, and the crew was knowledgeable, but the biggest thing was that the bosses were on site too, Checking in and getting on the tools when they had a few extra minutes. These things are why I chose them for my own house.

I don’t recommend a lot of other trades very often, but these guys are good.

Dave from Zoltera came out today to provide a quote for a new air conditioner as ours had quit 3 days ago. After reviewing potential new units and listening to why our unit quit, Dave offered to look at our unit to see if it was repairable. After checking the unit and thinking it should be working, Dave asked if the power switch was on... Somehow the switch on the ceiling of the crawl space had got bumped, we turned it back on and presto, everything works!
