PSA: the bad reviews are about administration, not patient care. They've arranged booking and everything to be largely online which I find more convenient, but that will come down to personal preference. Doctor Fearn is fantastic - kind, respectful, & takes concerns seriously. A breath of fresh air after my last GP.

I’ve had good experiences at this clinic, which is hard to find. Many walk-ins have their problems with wait times and understaffing, but I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. The front desk staff are helpful and understanding, and Dr. Al-Khafaji is always on time and kind. He is good at addressing concerns and always asks if I have any more questions near the end of the appointment. I have never felt rushed or that my issues were ignored, which is a common theme I’ve had to deal with in healthcare. I highly recommend this clinic as they are professional and truly seem to care about their patients!

i came yesterday in this clinic,so i took an appointement.
The secretary, (women with brown hair was not polite).
so i did my consultation, the men maybe has 95 yo,he didn't touch me just with the stethoscope 2 min,so the consultation during just 8min for nothing, he didn't say what i have.

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years, however, due to recent events and the clear downhill trajectory of this clinic, I am now leaving this review and will never again set foot in their clinic.

I had reception call me back after booking an appointment to cancel it without being able to explain why which forced me to return in person to speak with management. Only then did the manager inform me that 2 of the walk in doctors I had seen in the past year refuse to see me. I was utterly perplexed by this since I have never had an altercation/argument/incident of any kind in the over 10 years that I have been going there.

I asked for an explanation to which the manager explained there was non. I raised the concern that if doctors are not obliged to give a reason for refusing to see a patient, this means they can discriminate with no accountability. I requested that the manager look into the reasons for this and follow up with me, she assured me she would follow up the following week and never did.

Instead of following up to address my concerns or attempt resolution as they are professionally obliged to do, they sent me (a patient for over 10 years) an email stating that I am banned from the clinic. I am absolutely shocked by this utter lack of accountability and professionalism and actually can't believe I have been banned after going there for 10 years simply for voicing concerns (always in a respectful manner).

This business conduct is in direct violation of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Colombia's 'medical profession’s ethical principles' as outlined on their website and as such, I have filed an official complaint with CPSBC against their medical director Dr. Yaser Al-Khafaji.

I'm leaving this review as a public service announcement that doctors are not above accountability and if you feel you have been discriminated against, I encourage you to file a complaint with CPSBC and know that your voice can have an impact.

"due to instances of hostile behaviour", this is a completely false allegation, I went to this clinic for over 10 years with no issues of any kind. Interesting that I am suddenly being discriminated against and having false allegations made around the time the clinic became predominantly employed and now managed by Persian personnel, do as you will with this information.

Also they respond to their countless 1 star reviews with a false air of cordiality that you will never experience in person and suggest contacting customer service - they don't respond. This business is a joke.

I had to reschedule my first appointment because I waited over 45min to see my doctor.
I'm once again sitting 45min after my appointment is supposed to begin.
Love Dr Kaboli, but what an absolute waste of my time. Just call me and tell me to reschedule or let me know as soon as I atrive if you will be this consistently behind schedule.
Can't imagine what it would be like if you're schedule were not as flexible as my own.

I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Etienne Vilonel today. In the 3 minute appointment I felt he heard my situation accurately, understood with compassion, used his skills and abilities to the highest level to address and act on my health needs, taking my history and current situation into account prior to making his decision in order to provide me with a good next step forward toward better health.
I would and will travel 3 hours through 6 cities to see this doctor for further health needs.

Doctors and staff are very nice and very caring, but wait times are a little ridiculous. Have had to wait 1.5 hours for scheduled appointments multiple times (very stressful when you have to go to work or have to do anything else that day.)
