I had seen Dr Bugeja several years ago to have a m
Ole removed from my chin. As he was applied the ointment he moved inside my comfort space and pushed his groin into my leg as then started in with a stream of very private and exceedingly inappropriate questions about my personal life. All in all quite creepy. After he was done with the barrage of personal questions he began to tell me about my family members appts in great detail...Dr Frank Bugeja went on to tell me about a patient he has that's addicted to heroin. ..I should not know this. It's been awhile now but I will never forget my last visit . I'm a 42 year old male BTW.

Doctor Bugeja does not care at all for pregnant women. I reported pregnancy problems and severe back pain at week 4 and 5. All he did was saying that it is not a problem! I asked several times for ultrasound and for referral to maternity clinic and he refused every time!!! Week 8 I finally rushed into North Vancouver emergency room and was told that ultrasound would have predicted the problems!!! I miscarried for 5 extremely painful days and went to hospital twice for that in week 9 of my pregnancy. Never trust Dr. Bugeja.

Best doctor I've seen in my life!
I'm honestly shocked at the level of care i received on my visit today.
He listens and genuinely cares.
He takes his time to discuss the visit he does not rush you.
He is making a difference in patients lives.

Most helpful visit to the doctors office I've had in my life .
I had to wright a review, anyone who has seen this doctor will understand the level of compassion he has .
He goes above and beyond .

Dr Bugeja is a wonderful doctor who really cares. I always enjoy a visit with him for his thorough approach. Like most doctors these days, he has so many patients, I can't imagine how he does it!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. HE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. I recently had a phone call appointment scheduled with him. I waited an hour for him to call me for my appointment. When he did call, apparently, the receptionist wrote down the wrong travel location (it was a travel consulation), so he said he would have to research it and call back. I wait another hour and a half and no call back before it closed. When I called 5 days later (I was hoping he would still call), the receptionist was extremely rude and told me that I just needed to book another appointment. When I explained that I had already waited 2 and a half hours the day of my appointment (plus the 5 days I waited for call) for an appointment that never happened, she told me my phone call appointment wasn't important and this happens in doctors' offices when they are busy. When I told the receptionist that they should call if they can't fit in an appointment, she said her time isn't worth calling appointments that can't be fit in. When I finally called 7 days later and asked to speak with him, he did not apologize and told me that I was belligerent before hanging up on me. It's a shame as I have been a fan of the other doctor, but I can not recommend this office to anyone with such inconsiderate and rude staff members.

I love Dr. Seliske and Bugeja. They’ve been my physicians since I was in highschool and I’m so blessed that they now treat my husband and my kids! I travel all the way from Coquitlam just to see them. They are caring and extremely thorough!

Dr. Bugjea is the best. Retired police officer with a few old injuries. Listens very well and listens to your concerns. Always has insights to treatment and option. Honest and very knowledgeable!

The ladies at the reception are super friendly , kind , helpful and very thoughtful . My marine medical appointment with the marine doctor was really comfortable and stress-free .
