Beautiful spa with a cozy ambiance. Enjoyed coming in a bit early to relax in the eucalyptus steam room, enjoy snacks and stay in the lounge. Highly recommend their signature tea - it is delicious!

Really great experience at Spa Utopia this weekend! I did the spa day for two with my mom and it was amazing! We did the two Swedish massages and two Pedicures. And loved our RMT’s and nail techs. We highly recommend this spa to anyone who wants to have a relaxing 😌 day without leaving the city. Ladies at the front desk are super friendly as well. Thank you spa utopia

This was the most wonderful experience. My daughter had a birthday and wanted a spa experience (read a hot towel and cucumbers on her eyes). I booked a hair appointment and Spa Utopia indulged with the hot towel and cucumber - as well as a drink and treats. Jeanie was exceptional. What a wonderful warm, friendly manner and such a great stylist. She took so much care in establishing what cut she/I wanted and in washing, blowdrying and styling her hair with purple sparkle shine on her hair to complete the experience. She made both Madeleine and mom feel special. This was one of the most memorable mother-and-daughter outings we've had. Highly, highly recommend both Jeanie and Spa Utopia - they went above and beyond.

Always have a great experience here! From massages, to body wraps, to most recently, a manicure. The staff are awesome and very accommodating, the view from the lounge is gorgeous, and I always leave feeling refreshed afterwards.

I booked a 75min prenatal massage but when my massage started the masseuse’s hands were extremely dry, scaly and rough - it felt like I was being massaged with a washcloth. I hoped the lotion would eventually smooth them but after 10mins it was still bad as ever and I awkwardly asked to stop the massage.
The manager, Diane, called me the next day. I assumed to offer me apologies but instead her attitude was the opposite. She said not wanting dry hands was a “personal preference” and would not offer me a discount on a follow up service. Her tone was also unnecessarily accusatory and sharp.
My massage felt like I was being exfoliated - it was painful and uncomfortable, and Diane did not care one bit. I won’t be returning.

I would have give -100 review if possible. The environment was great but not the service. I got my hair done and asked for caramel balayage. They booked me in for 4:30pm and i was right on time. Hair colourist was on training and did my color. She ruined my hair. She did everything in hurry because they were closing at 8 . I mean you shouldnt have book me in at first then. I wouldn’t be so disappointed if she didnt argue and agree to fix the hair. I clearly told i wanted caramel balayage she did something more blonde. And customer service is terrible. She said, “Ok, my mentor and I thought that was caramel but different people see things differently”. I still talked nicely and she cant do anything till march!!! Terrible experience!!

Your colour needs to be filled and toned to a darker level. Your hair was over lightened to a point where the pigment for a caramel-brown tone wouldn’t have anything to stick to. You need the warmth put back in. Their placement of the lightener also shows that they only did half your head and the bottom was left out. I’m sorry this happened to you”
