I cannot recommend Anna on Mountain Hwy enough! She’s an absolute gem — professional, meticulous, and so warm and lovely to be around. She did a flawless job on my Brazilian, brows, and lashes — her attention to detail is incredible, and I always leave feeling amazing. On top of her skill, she has a calm and stylish presence that makes the whole experience feel like self-care, not just a beauty appointment. Cutie Pie is lucky to have her — and so am I! Highly, highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this location from start to finish. Nicole at the front desk was so warm and welcoming—it immediately set a positive tone for my visit. Jasman, who did my wax, was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.

As someone with a mobility-limiting disability, I really appreciated how accommodating and thoughtful the entire team was. They ensured I felt safe, supported, and comfortable the entire time, without making a big deal out of it. It’s rare to find a place that gets accessibility right and provides top-notch services.

Highly recommend this location to anyone for any of your waxing needs!!

One of the best places to get a wax on the North Shore. Anna is great. She is kind professional , clean and a great conversationalist. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my service. Was really easy to get an appointment and the service is really good here super friendly highly recommend!

I am a LONG time customer and BIG fan of Cutie Pie! It’s 43kn away from my home but I still make the drive because the staff are excellent, they use great products, the salon is clean (and cute!), and I can book online easily. I have had different “regular” estheticians over the years…and Shivani who is currently responsible for keeping me tidy is fantastic. She is efficient and lovely - and gives me restaurant recommendations too! Thanks cpwb for doing such a great job!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Vlada! As someone who was new to both waxing and laser treatments, I was a bit nervous going in, but she made the entire process feel incredibly comfortable and easy to understand. Absolutely adore Vlada! I have been seeing her monthly for regular waxing appointments for over a year and it’s always the best experience. She’s not only excellent at what she does (wax job is efficient, painless, thorough but gentle) but she is a joy to have conversations with as well. I have been seeing Vlada at the Mountain Hwy location for probably about two and a half years for waxing and more recently laser hair removal. She is extremely thorough and meticulous and she provides amazing care and advice around aftercare. I can tell she really cares about my results and does everything she can to help me get them. She is also the only person in the world that I trust with my eyebrows because she does them exactly how I want them. She has a lot of experience and clearly knows what she is doing and she is very gentle so that the waxing is bearable. She is also friendly, thoughtful and kind and has become a person I look forward to seeing and catching up with about life. Overall, she is an excellent aesthetician and I highly recommend her.

Always a 10/10 experience! Vlada is always my go-to for waxing because of how quick and gentle she is, while still making sure to remove every single hair. Also, Nicole at the front is amazing! Cant recommend this place enough!
