Dr. Ella Zenone deserves more than 5 stars!! I’ve been living in Canada for 10 years and it took me 9 years to finally find a doctor that really cares about you and listen to your concerns. I’m so happy and grateful to have her as my family doctor. The clinic staff is also super nice, polite and helpful. Thank you for taking such good care of my husband and I!

Firstly, let me say, Dr Mogga was my first ever family Dr here in Canada since arriving from the UK back in 2007. She was fantastic and I felt listened to and I felt confident that she would have my back with any health issues. I was very sad when she had to leave back to the UK. I would give her a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
After she left I was very grateful to be passed to Dr Ezimora as it's a nightmare trying to find doctors these days. I've seen Dr Ezimora several times now and each time I leave I feel I haven't really been listened too and her manner leaves me wondering, does she even really care? I have a new health concern right now and I don't feel confident that Dr Ezimora has my back. I left my appt this week feeling frustrated, angry and wanted to burst into tears. I'm 51 and have never felt this way before seeing a doctor. Needless to say, I will not be going back to see Dr Ezimora.

Good experience so far. Dr. Ezimora is friendly. For non-routine appointments, have to book via phone, not online. Agree with other reviewers that it can sometimes be difficult to reach them via phone.

Free parking lot on the North side or roadside public parking available. Do not park in the Reserved Parking spots (e.g. West Side). Allow extra travel time to find a parking spot.

Doctors are all great the receptionists are all incompetent and extremely frustrating to speak to. Unsure of her name as whenever I call she seems very put out by me calling - as if that wasn’t her job.

Dr Zenone has been great to deal with so far, she is super friendly, listens and is very patient with myself and my baby! Very grateful that we found such a nice and caring doctor, that is also close to our home. Even if she is busy, when I call the office they can usually get me in last minute with another doctor which has been amazing for last minute things that come up.

I had work safe BC appointment, it took me 10 days to see my family doctor. He works two days from home, two days in clinic. He asked me to book in person to fill the form for work safe BC. He just asked me two simple questions and let me go. I was booked for 40min and he spent 5 min. I told him that I had hard time to book in person, and he response" this is my schedule and you can change your doctor if you are not happy". Peter La voi is my family doctor.

Very easy to book a phone consult online and availability was very prompt. I did not have to wait too long.
