Poor customer service and racist. Don’t know how to treat customer if they are not tradesmen. Don’t give proper information about product. Can tell the way they talk by their body language. And don’t offer to put heavy stuff in your ride. We have to handle ourself. Very disappointed 😔 I was so pissed by their behaviour.

Excellent customer service. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. They've had every odd fitting and part we needed while setting up dust collection ducting and compressed air lines. They also sell plumbing supplies which came in handy for bathroom renos.

I have been going to this branch and the Ensuite showroom next door almost everyday now for 10 years now. Josh, and all the counter guys are friendly
and knowledgeable with the product, and always do their best to pull the orders quickly and precisely.

I use Emco as my main “Go to” people for my Plumbing and Heating business. Amazing staff who have been helpful for over a decade. They are never too busy to take a call when I am searching for a part needed unlike other wholesalers. I would recommend using them for all of your Plumbing and Heating needs.

Rarely I write negative reviews but I had to stop by this store today to buy some plumbing tool. I am not a tradesman so it was pretty clear nobody cared to help nor answer any questions. The only "tool" I ended up buying was a clearly used piece but I was charged new price, when I asked the only person whom reluctantly helped me if I could return it if it doesn't work he said yes. Anything I asked was answered with a "I don't know" but nobody cared find out. Yet upon returning home there is a big re-stocking fee on the receipt. Stay away unless you're an expert, which I am not in this case.

Josh, a.k.a J, was an amazing staff. I can't speak highly enough of him!!
So kind and patient, knowledgeable and quick on getting my order for the whole navien combi boiler system.
I've been to numerous plumbing suppliers throughout greater Vancouver. And by far Josh is one of the best around!!

Actually surprisingly painless. Places like this usually use the employee to do all the product picking which can be a colossal pain most times even when there is only 1 or 2 guys in front of you but I guess I caught these guys at the right time and I was out of there in under 10 minutes. I'm not really a plumber but there are not a lot of places that have 2" water piping and fittings any more, well, except establishments like this.
