Wow! The level of care, experience and professionalism I experienced with Sera was really impressive. I had a laser Genesis treatment and my skin is absolutely GLOWING! I had my first appointment today with Sera and I was very impressed with her expertise on the skin issues I had been experiencing. I know it is mentioned in other posts here that she is knowledgeable but it's worth repeating because you will receive higher level skin care treatment.

Update:
I went it a couple of weeks ago for a facial and had my complimentary follow up check in and the results were amazing! Sera was so knowledgeable she was able to diagnose my skin and suggested a simple treatment that would target some of my skin issues. After only 2 weeks my skin has calmed down and is no longer red and irritated but now I have a healthier colour and a smoother texture with smaller pores. My skin has NEVER looked this good. I have wasted so much money trying to treat my own skin and I rather come here to get a targeted treatment custom to my skin issues that works.
