Went to him at walk in for some symptoms I’ve been having for over a year. Bloating and vomiting that doesn’t seem to go away. My family doctor will not listen to me and the ER wants everyone out as soon as they came in. Would not order tests for me to figure out my symptoms because it is a walk in and I have a family doctor. Said that he doesn’t do the long term care as a walk in. I’m not even a Karen I just want access to care. Listened to me beg him to order tests and showed no empathy. Got me out as soon as I came in. Could get better care if I crossed the border. I had high hopes for him as I’d seen him before and it was good. But the second I said it was a walk in he entered his villain origin story arc and did me so dirty. God help this health care system.

Our first appointment was as easy as before Covid-19 pandemic happened. Any other walk-in clinic we go to, it would take hours like you go to emergency department in an hospital and they tell you wait time is four hours or sometimes even longer.

I’m really disappointed with the service at Legacies Health Centre in North Vancouver. I had a phone call appointment with a doctor and waited for almost an hour with no call, no message, and no heads-up that they were running late. I tried calling multiple times during that hour, but no one answered—and the clinic closes at 3:40 PM, which made it even more frustrating. It’s very unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for people’s time. What’s even more frustrating is that their website clearly states they charge a $75 fee for no-shows, yet here I am—waiting with no explanation and no accountability on their end. All I got out of this was a headache. Very disappointing experience

We had an exceptionally negative experience. My pregnant wife and I received substandard treatment from the attending physician.

When I requested my medical records, I was charged $130 for seven pages. This led me to consider three possibilities: 1.they are actively discouraging patients from requesting records

2.they are prioritizing profit

3 their ink costs are extraordinarily high (which we all know is not the case)......

Furthermore, I received a subsequent call expressing staff concerns about their safety after my departure, this is just poor and unprofessional and extremely annoying.

if you dont want a poor service don't go to this place !

I have been seeing D'Arcy, the chiropractor for the last few years. She is just amazing. She is professional and very friendly. She takes time to examine your concerns and gives the best services. She is easy to talk to and listens to your issues. I would recommend her 100% to anyone.

Susan and Dr Singh are great. You can tell they love what they do and are dedicated to patient care. They are on top of their game! Very efficient with paperwork and answered all my questions with clarity. They’re very professional, hardworking and kindhearted. The clinic is clean, organized and spacious. Overall an amazing team. Couldn’t thank them enough (:

I booked with Dr Singh couple of times but each time he has missed the appointment but did not shy away from passing the blaming to me. During the most recent incident, he called me an hour earlier and followed up with an email about $75 charge for no show. It was a clear red flag. He did not show up at the scheduled time of the appointment. I tried calling the clinic but to no avail. He then returned my call after 2 hours of the scheduled appointment and told me that I should be available 2 hours prior to my scheduled time. What I stood my ground saying if he has given me a time and care to charge me $75 for no-show then he should respect the allotted time. He clearly did not like it and so told me I should not go to his clinic in the future otherwise he will call the cops on me (I have in writing from him)! For what? For asking him to show up on time? I can understand delays but at least when you return my call, have the courtesy to talk nicely rather than shifting blame. He then sent me the appointment rules but unsurprisingly left out the portion which clearly puts him in the wrong. I have never come across a doctor who lacks empathy, if full of arrogance and above all, threatens his patients!! I am at a loss of words after this experience. Stay away folks, find yourself a better doctor and more importantly, a better human being!!

To add in response to Legacies reply - the consent papers clearly state that Legacies can call me anytime between 7 am and 8 pm which btw makes no sense. (I could have an appointment at 7pm but as per their policy, the doctor could call me at 7 am. That’s ridiculous!)However, even with that, the doctor called me at 6:50 am and therefore the phone policy that Legacies set themselves were not met. The clinic snd the doctor both were clearly in the wrong but would not admit it!

I went online to book an phone medical appointment at 4pm today, the doctor called me this morning at 8:30am instead. That's fine if the doctor calls me back at 4pm. I called the reception and she told me not only the doctor will not be calling me back, but that I need to pay a $75 cancellation fee, as it is in the disclaimer. That is some horrible customer service. However, the doctor from my previous appointment is professional.
