Had 2 washers break down. Broken water pumps on both. I gave them the wrong part #. He asked for the model number of the washers. I told him, and he corrected me on the part numbers and got me the proper parts. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly. I'm a repeat customer from now on.. Great experience...

Ok.. here was the deal. Went in to Matus to possibly purchase a washer and dryer. Talking with Chris at Matus, he asked why we were looking for new units, and we told him the story about our broken washer. After a discussion of about 45 minutes, he pointed us in the direction to possibly fix the washer. If it couldn't be fixed, he gave us a great price on the units he has on the floor. The bottom line is ..... he spent all the time with us, and he did not get a sale. I would give him 10 stars if I could... not very often do you find a business that actually looks after the customers' best interest.

Excellent service from this local company in Mission. I needed a replacement shelf/drawer cover unit for my Frigidaire Gallery crisper drawer. I entered the store with some apprehension, thinking that there is a low probability to get the replacement part. Friendly knowledgeable staff took my details and the correct part arrived in the store the next day. Highly recommend this store.

So I called in looking for OEM parts for my LG dryer. Thermal Fuse went on mine. Anyways the gentleman I was talking with said no problem I can get you the OEM parts but we ended up chatting about the issue I was having and what I was doing to check. Long story short the gentleman told me to double check the thermostat which is by the thermal fuse to make sure it’s working properly, because if you just check with your multimeter you’ll get continuity and you’ll think that it’s fine but you should also check by putting a heat source which this gentleman recommended. I Checked the thermostat on a heat source and it wasn’t operating correctly causing my thermal fuse then to trip. Anyways I would recommend calling you might just get some good info and what you need. Cheers

The staff in house and the delivery drivers are so nice. We purchased a fridge today because ours had broken, all our questions and concerns regarding sizes, warranties, delivery, etc were answered super well. They managed to schedule us with a same day delivery because we were worried about mum's insulin. The delivery team was super efficient, communicated well with each other, were really friendly. Did measurements of the doors and fridges instead of trying to force them through so it wouldn't damage anything.

Great furniture store would buy from them again.

Exceptional customer service! I had to buy a fridge in a hurry and luckily they had the model I was looking for in stock. The only thing that could have gone better was the levelling of the fridge as they forgot to tilt the fridge slightly to the back in order for the door to close on its own. My husband was able to fix that. Whirlpools quality control could be better as the fridge had a gouge on the inside wall and a crack in the deli drawer. When I reported this to Matus they gave me a rebate and ordered a new deli drawer for me. Very happy with the outstanding customer service! Too bad though that they don't service the appliances anymore.

Best service ever! Had an issue with a mattress I bought 2 1/2 years ago. Made a warranty claim with manufacturer and they refused to cover it and considered the case closed. Mentioned this to Shelly and she said she would look into it. A few days later she contacts me and said the issue was resolved and I got a full refund towards the purchase of a new mattress. She saved me over $1400! Your not going to get this kind of service from a big box store. Not only do they sell appliances and other items but they also service and repair them. This is very rare to find these days. Highly recommend this business. They will do their best to look after you.
