Unfortunately had an underwhelming experience with Dr. Saghafi. Husband went in to get a possible stress fracture checked out. While we were primarily there for a medical requisition, I was hopeful that he would give some information about what was going on but he gave absolutely no feedback or insight after a physical exam. Very much seemed to be checking a box to get him in and out as fast as possible.

This clinic is very good. The doctor RESPECTS my time. I really appreciate this. He is always on time. He LISTENS and GIVES proper medical care to my concerns. I recently decided to cancel my association with Dr. Soheil Saghafi due to a lack of responsibility and care. Dr. Saghafi refused to provide basic blood tests and checkups when requested. I ended up visiting a walk-in clinic, where they promptly arranged the required tests. This experience left me feeling unsupported and disappointed. I do not recommend Dr. Saghafi’s practice to anyone seeking attentive and responsible care.

Overheard a conversation with the receptionists and an eldery person and it made me feel terrible. No proper communication in english, disrespect and snappy behavior towards him. Sad to see how real canadians get treated.
