I love Dr. Walton-Knight more than I can say! She has recently brought on a Dr named Tiffany, I saw her 6-8 weeks ago for some personal issues. She was so warm and welcoming, we spent time talking about my concerns and she said she’d be happy to follow up with me. I went for a 2nd appt today. She’s lovely, so optimistic and approachable. We reviewed my issues and did an in depth survey and summary of how I’m doing. She consulted with one of the Drs in the practice and came up with a pro-active plan to get me back on track. I learned so much, I wasn’t aware of options available to me because my income is limited and I don’t have extended benefits at this time. She came up with a plan that helps me without causing me financial stress. I’m so thankful and fortunate to have these amazing Drs on my side and eager to help me. Thank you Dr Walton-Knight for having Tiffany as part of your practice, I feel hopeful for the first time in months. Thank you Tiffany, you are a ray of sunshine! I look forward to seeing you in 4 weeks to continue my journey for better mental health and well being.

Dr Hughan is great as everyone knows. Shout out to the medical administrator Dena who helps keep the place running like clockwork. Very challenging position taking on all the doctors patients but she does it well. Very efficient under time pressure. Thank you!

I've been coming here for 3-5 years. Dr. Biskupska is great but the customer service from Dena is below 1 star. Unfortunately, the previous reception had to leave so this new one got hired and things went sideways afterwards. I had to move family doctors because of how this receptionist treated and made me feel.

If you don't mind waiting a month for your actual appointment, this is the clinic for you!

Clearly they have too large of a patient load. You're better off going to Park & Tilford clinic, or one of the many clinics elsewhere that allows you to book an appointment online for the same day.
