Emilia is a total pro. The wax they use is incredible - best I've ever had to deal with. The aftercare products she applied don't carry an odour which was an added plus. Any other guys out there looking for male waxing this place does the trick.

This location is definitely the best and worth the drive every time. I've been to other locations and other businesses and they don't compare to the high level of service here. I normally see Heather, who is consistently fantastic with infectious energy, but I needed to move my last appointment and got in to see Morgan who did an excellent job. She was so professional, kind and thorough; I really appreciated her patience in calming my worries with seeing someone new. In addition, all the reception staff are always lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this location in general for their professionalism and the standard they set for everyone on their team.

I want to share my experience with Heather, my waxer. She is simply amazing at what she does! Not only is she fast, but she also ensures that everything is done to PERFECTION . Heather is extremely nice and kind, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I can’t recommend her and this place highly enough! The receptionists are also very welcoming and kind, adding to the overall great atmosphere. If you’re looking for top-notch service and a friendly experience, this is definitely the place to go!

I will leave my initial review, to highlight how I previously felt very positively about Stripped Lonsdale!
I unfortunately had such a negative experience at my most recent wax appointment, I felt compelled to leave a review addressing my experience.
First off, I booked my appointment online with Amelia as my previous waxer referred me to her before she left Stripped as an employee. When I showed up, my appointment was not with Amelia.
The appointment was incredibly unpleasant. I had shared that I’ve been waxing since I was quite young, so knew what to expect. The waxer responded with “oh, you must really hate your hair” …. Felt really inappropriate. She then proceeded to not speak to me for the entirety of my service (Brazilian and lower leg, so I was in there quite a long time). I also informed her I was 23 weeks pregnant so she could accommodate positioning. She asked me to move my leg in a position I clearly was unable to do, and continued to force me to do so until I verbally had to say “it’s uncomfortable for most pregnant women to move in this way”. Additionally, she went over certain places so many times I felt raw afterward, an experience I’ve never had before.
It was truly such a contrast from my usual experience, that I am now questioning whether or not I should find an alternate salon for my waxing. So sad to have to say this. Please do better moving forward.

Love stripped wax bar! Always a wonderful experience, and spotlessly clean! Kate is amazing and my preferred waxer, however, I have visited other waxers here who are fantastic as well!
