My family’s experience with this company was overall terrible. The wheelchair they rented out to us was damaged and the screws from the wheels kept falling. We only used the chair a handful of times so we did not think it was worth it to call and complain. My mom went to return the chair and she told the person herself that the screws kept falling and she was completely fine with paying $25 to account for the missing screws (we didn’t notice when a few of them fell). We took really good care of the chair and my mom even gave it a good deep clean before returning it. What she was not okay with was being intimidated by the person “helping” her. ET kept interrupting her and put words in her mouth, ET said “just because the chair is rented you didn’t think you needed to care for it”, ET is now trying to accuse my mom of saying those words, she never did, we take very good care of things, especially those that do not belong to us. ET is trying to say my sister’s claim is invalid because she wasn’t there (she never said she was) my mom told us how the interaction with ET went and we believe her fully, I didn’t need to be there in person to see how visibly shaken my mom was after this experience. Notice how ET always tries to twist the bad reviews on this page into somehow being the customer’s fault. Instead of trying to bully your customers you should just apologize and do better. Do better.

We purchased a freestanding lift for my grandfather from Sunquest Mobility, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. The are very helpful. They explained the features of different lifts, making sure we felt confident in our choice.
The freestanding is easy to use, sturdy, and provides my grandfather with the support and safety he needs.

Renting a power wheelchair from Sunquest Mobility was a good experience overall. The staff was helpful. The wheelchair was in good condition. While there were a minor hiccup(There was a slight delay with the delivery). I’d recommend them for reliable mobility equipment rentals.

I cannot express enough gratitude towards Sunquest Mobility for the out standing service I received! I had damaged the basket on my walker and asked if the owner could look at it and see if it could be repaired. I had not gotten this walker from him, but never the less, he was more than willing to look at the possibility of repairing the basket, but unfortunately it had been damaged to much and I needed a new one. Understanding my financial situation, he not only give me a good discount, but upgraded the basket to a covered one,(that I really wanted) I was over the moon with joy. Ehsan was very kind, patient and caring. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. He went above and beyond and made me one happy customer.☺

THIS PLACE RIPS OFF DISABLED AND ELDERLY PEOPLE.
First they sold my mother a poorly made chair that didn't work, for an absurd $3000.
Then they charged her roughly $1000 for a new battery.. The new battery stopped working right away.
She asked me to take a look at the chair because I fix electronics. The faulty, generic, no name battery she paid a grand for.. Can be replaced with NAME BRAND cells for $102!
Absolutely disgusting that this business is resorting to predatory behaviour towards the elderly.
Never mind the fact that the guy never successfully fixed her chair, and charged her for a battery that should have fallen under warranty!
He didn't even think to check if the cheap, no name charger, was the problem.
Absolutely appalling.
This place doesn't know what they're doing, or they're doing it on purpose to scam people.
Either way.. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Not only did they understand the urgency of our situation, but they went above and beyond by delivering the bed to us the same day, after hours, ensuring that everything was set up before my mom was discharged from the hospital the next morning.

Such bad customer service, I totally understand getting frustrated with customers when customers are rude to you but my parents were NOTHING but nice to this “employee” please do better.

Update: Clearly your review back to my review WAS NOT ACCURATE. My parents did NOT accuse your staff of a “scam” but nice try, my parents in fact where not to positive on the packaged version of the wheelchair we were given and the display version, regardless of them both being the exact same they had their doubts BUT NOT ONCE mentioned it was a scam so please don’t spread a false narrative around. Anyways that’s not the point, after purchasing your product for $400 it is completely okay for them to have a bit of doubt and want to make sure completely the product is what they are paying for and your employee saw that my parents kept checking out the wheelchair outside the store to really make sure and they had doubts but never said anything directly to the employee until your employee noticed we kept looking at the packaged version of the wheelchair so he offered to just give the display one but with so much attitude so please double check your security cameras thank you and you tried it, but it didn’t work.
