Asked the rather large-size lady at the front if I could speak with the manager and she replied by saying " I am not going to let you see the manager, sorry." Kind of upsetting hearing that I am not "allowed" to talk to the manager since I have never heard a front desk employee having the "authority" to determine if I can talk to the manager or not.

Would give a 0 stars but not an option. Receptionist or whoever answers the phone is REALLY RUDE. She doesn’t listen and directs your call right away before you even finish taking to her. 🙁 bad customer service

Very convenient walk in vaccination service. Note that Google maps current location is incorrect it is not at the end of the block it is between the Tim Hortons and the liquor store.

I’m not sure what the point of this establishment is but I figured they were there to offer mental health reasources etc. I called gravely needing assistance and was shoved off and given no help or information no one wanted to talk to me.
