Can someone please re-train these individuals on customer service and taking phone calls? Tone of voice and the way they talk to people, my gosh, like... if you don't like your job, quit!!! You don't gotta treat people like they are a problem in your world, because you chose to take a job where you have to answer the phone and talk to people.

Horrible place these people are the reason why no one likes going to see doctors first when you call up if the lady doesn't give you bad attitude free even calling yet they asked that you called to make an appointment they'll Shuffle you off to a nurse that has to call you later then the nurse is eventually just going to call you and tell you that you should go to the hospital because they're always booked and had never have open spots available they've left me with an infection in my leg not happy not impressed this wouldn't be the only time that they felt me my daughter had an ear infection they kept telling me it was a flu I want to a different clinic and without them hardly even looking into her ear they told me oh my goodness she has a serious ear infection and my toddler had to be put on antibiotics if you can find anywhere else to go heck I'd even suggest sucking it up and taking the 3 hours wait at the hospital because in the end most the time they're just going to tell you that you need a actual care professional at the hospital anyway don't even know why these guys are here they don't actually help the public besides handing out tubes and pipes to Junkies

What even is the point of having a phone if it's constantly "busy" straight at opening, even after calling a million times, at all hrs. Then there will be a message saying they're fully booked. You go in person and they tell you to call and book. HOW, if you're not gonna answer the phone, why have one.
Absolutely dog water experience (if you even consider it one, all I did was get an automated voice message. Not even an actual person)

Better off waiting at the emergency, this is literally the second day I've been trying.

The staff and Doctors are simply the best however the "higher ups" have rules in place that determines whether or not your problem is urgent. If it doesn't fall under their choices, they won't see you.

All the staff were incredibly professional, responsive and respectful. I booked my appointment with Jared who was awesome and very clear. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. R. Kutsche and she was incredibly helpful with the issue I came in for and also educated me on how I might prevent, a similar issue in the future. Incredibly awesome experience- except that I am sick. ?

Absolutely amazing staff. I called to see if they were open on a September long weekend and was directed to a Nurse who suggested I come in immediately. I had a serious burn on my hand and wrist which they immediately attended to. Everyone was extremely professional and caring! Highly recommended!!

I do not have a doctor here. I had breathing issues the other day and spoke to a nurse on the phone first who determined that I did indeed need medical attention. Unfortunately they were all booked up for the day. I called right when they opened so appointments booked up quickly. She suggested I call 2 other places for a virtual appt. I was just registering to do that when the nurse called me back as they had a cancellation so I rushed right over. All the staff at this clinic are wonderful. I saw a male doctor who determine I needed two puffers to combat the respiratory issue. He had one in the office which he gave me then wrote a prescription for the other plus for antibiotics. He said take the antibiotics if you see no improvement in 2 days. Very grateful he did that so I don’t have to go back. The puffers work and I am truly grateful and thankful for them seeing me so quickly.

My first experience was great. They got me into see a doctor last minute. My doctor was very kind and attentive to all my medical concerns. She sent me to get blood work done and the only clinic I could find was in salmon arm. So I drove to salmon arm at 8am to get my blood work done. I found out my doctor was on vacation for the end of august. Fast forward to the beginning of September. I stopped by and asked to make an appointment with her to go over things. The front office staff were very rude and off putting. They were confused as to who would order me blood work. Told me my doctor would just call me to go over it (which is fine) but told me I don’t need to see her, still it’s no excuse to be rude to patients.

This is mostly a clinic for people with substance abuse (which makes me glad) I just wish they would advertise it and not as a general walk in.
