It took me more than two hours to get natural eyelash extensions.
Usually, the natural style only takes about an hour, or at most an hour and a half even when done slowly.
It took so long that I didn’t even care if it looked good anymore.
The eyes were supposed to look similar, but they ended up noticeably uneven.
I couldn’t even open my eyes properly — and she didn’t bother to check.
I told her that my lashes were stuck together and I couldn’t open my eyes, but nothing was done to fix it.
She wasn’t friendly at all, didn’t apologize for the mistakes, and didn’t check anything throughout the process.
Throughout the appointment, she kept getting checked on, and at one point, it seemed like someone else had to step in and take over because things just weren’t working out.
If that’s the level of service being provided, I don’t think it’s fair to charge full price.
There’s a reason why students or trainees usually offer services at a discounted rate — because they’re still learning.
But here, I paid the full price, wasted my time, and ended up needing to go somewhere else to get everything redone.
Honestly, I’m very disappointed.

Overall a great experience. The staff go really out of their way to make you comfortable. I got a shellac mani and a set of lash extensions for about $110 after taxes. Ana did my manicure; her care and attention to detail is among the best I’ve ever gotten. I’ll definitely book her personally next time. My lashes are great; we discussed the look and length I wanted before she started. Bonuses: hot towels, pillows and blankets, loyalty reward program and daily specials.

Update: Tracy is one of the best wax techs ever! I’m definitely remembering her for next time.

I have been going to Nail Splash for years. It's a all in 1 kind of salon. They have amazing nail techs, lash techs, the pedi packages are fanatic and relaxing. This is my dads must! Go to when he is in town.
I can't stop saying how much I enjoy myself here. The customer service is over the top. They remember every detail of what I like and don't like.

Update: The manager called me after I posted the review to make amends regarding the situation. I did appreciate the call. The manager also provided a free wax session for eyebrows and upper lips.

I went to this business to get my eyebrow and upper lip waxing and I left with cuts that just got darker with every passing day. When I contacted the business, they accused me of lying saying the pictures were old, despite me going into the business and showing them the cuts. I was told the manager would call me to discuss the situation but I haven't received a call. Very disappointed and never coming back.

I absolutely love this place, the staff are super sweet and I had an amazing experience there, I got my acrylic nails done here by a very nice lady named Cathryn ( not sure how to spell lol) and it turned out absolutely stunning 😍 best nail experience I've ever had, and they also talk so it's not awkward at all feels amazing 🥰 absolutely coming back again for more everyone should come.

My wife had a wonderful experience at Lynn NailSplash! She loved the unique option of having orange slices rubbed on her feet—it was such a refreshing touch. The staff were attentive and offered various nail shaping styles with image guides, making it easy to choose the perfect look. Her nails turned out flawless and long-lasting. Everyone was so sweet. When I called, the lady even answer the phone nicely.. shocking! A guy did my nails, and a girl did my pedicure, both of them were focused and made sure to do a good job. This was my first time here, so I hope this place will be my forever nail salon!! <3
