Simpson Equipment was introduced to us by my Uncle's senior care home. From acquiring a wheelchair for my uncle's use, its repair, and eventually the sale of it, Rena has made each of the processes smooth. She has been a pleasure to work with.

Doors were locked on a Thursday at 10:30 am. Permanent sign on door says call for appointment.

I'm changing the review to 3 stars from one because of your prompt reply. I suggest you edit your website to show how you provide your services. Having got out shopping for a carbon fiber travel chair and finding your doors locked we purchased elsewhere. Had we known of how you deliver your services we may not have had to leave home at all.

My mother is living in a care home. OT recommended to get a declining wheelchair for her comfort. We did and she was very please with it. Rena at Simpson Medical was very helpful and considerate. Highly recommended.
